We provide a range of property maintenance services, including, but not limited to, painting, house cleaning, carpet cleaning, maintenance repairs, ceiling repairs, popcorn ceilings, and more in the surrounding Bulloch County area. 

Typically, we schedule services Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. However, during summer turnover season, we provide more availability throughout the week and are willing to accommodate for your property needs. 

Currently, we provide provide property maintenance services within the Southeastern part of Georgia, specifically in the surrounding Bulloch County area. However, we are constantly expanding to new cities and counties and would love to work with you!

We provide painting, house cleaning, carpet cleaning, and maintenance repair services to student housing complexes, residential and commercial properties, property managements, colleges and universities, Airbnbs, and resort rentals. 

Yes, we provide all necessary cleaning and painting supplies and equipment to ensure a thorough and efficient job of your facility.

You can submit a quote through our email, phone number, or contact form. Please allow two business days for a response from our management team. 

All customers will submit a work order through our third-party system, where you will have access to view the progress of each work order. Once we receive the work order, we will schedule a service date and assign the job to a team of our professionals. An inspector will verify all services have been completed to the customer's satisfaction and an invoice will be sent to the customer. 

With permission, we coordinate directly with tenants for scheduling and feedback, ensuring minimal disruption to the tenant and property owner. 

We use eco-friendly products and methods whenever possible to minimize environmental impact. Our owner is trained and certified to provide safe work practices.
